Over the years we have been blessed and adventurous enough to see some incredible places on St Martin island and surrounds, we started out so small, really with just one Catamaran, and this was salvaged from the island post-hurricane, we fixed up the boat, and started chartering as soon as we could.
Pyratz was born with sustainability in mind. Having repurposed two hurricane-damaged boats into as-good-as-new charter boats, the company started with the aim to support sustainable tourism.
Over the years, Pyratz has evolved beyond just yacht charters; we’ve crafted an experience that embodies elegance, exclusivity, and seamless hospitality.
Whether it’s our gourmet dining at sea, curated itineraries, or top-tier service, we take pride in creating memories that last a lifetime. Every voyage has been a story—celebrations, proposals, family adventures, and milestone moments—each one as unique as the guests who join us on board.
In November of 2019 we started with the refit for Ever Glorious, this was a super exciting time for us, about 3 months later we had our office ‘structure’ setup in Simpson Bay, which would be our permanent home, at the time this was just a container at ‘Bobby’s Megayard’ in Simpson Bay.
Fastforward almost 2 years later we launched Galaxy, our second 45 ft Catamaran, while making so many memories along the way and putting in more hours than we could count.
December 2021 we launched the boutique! Upon finally finishing the office.
Our team grew to 8 people in February of 2023, a super exciting time for us, not only to have more likeminded people onboard to share the journey with but also to be able to expand while doing something we love.
2021 commenced as our first year celebrating the Festival de la Gastronomie, and we have celebrated every year since!
Growing up in Guadeloupe, I have always been passionate about nature, sailing and the treasures of the Sea. Pyratz, Gourmet Sailing is the fulfillment of a childhood dream and a project committed to preserve the nature. Our crew is dedicated to offer the Best Intimate Gourmet Day Cruise to discover the islands of Saint Martin, Anguilla and Saint Barthelemy while promoting Sustainable and Responsible Tourism.
This milestone wouldn’t be possible without our amazing team and loyal guests who continue to choose Pyratz for their yachting adventures.
