Gastronomy – Enjoy an authentic private dining experience onboard, during any of our charters around St Maarten, Anguilla and St. Barth.
Whether you choose our staple dish of fresh lobster on the grill – cooked right in front of you – or one of our other options, Pyratz is filled with passion for gastronomy, and thus your dining experience will be one to remember.

Our trips offer different menus, from 4-course gourmet dining options to a gourmet tapas menu as well as additional customizations.
We work with local fishermen and the best fresh produce available on island. additionally, we also offer tasteful vegan and gluten-free options.

- This menu setup is based on the itinerary where you can eat a meal ashore each day. If you prefer to eat more meals onboard, you may choose to add additional meals. Additional meals can only be added for the entire party, and can be either a Light meal or Full meal. See our add-ons for more information.
