Please note that for cancellations, booking fees & bank charges are not refundable.

Refunds are based on time of cancellation:

> 14 days prior to charter date: Full amount is refunded

< 14 days prior to charter date: 80% is refunded

< 7 days prior to charter: 50% is refunded

< 36 hours prior to charter: Full amount charged , no refund

In case of a cancellation due to bad weather, the trip will be rescheduled or fully refund as per the decision of the captain.

Shared charters are canceled & fully refunded when occupancy is less than full capacity (10 guests) or at company’s descretion.

Any amount due to be paid as per above, will be charged to the credit card on file.
