WHAT TO DO DURING THE 2024 SXM FESTIVAL WEEK
We look forward to one of the best weeks of the year, as the ‘24 SXM festival approaches with only 2 weeks to go!
During this annual music festival, people often ask us what to do. Aside from giving you our best boat trip options during this festive season, we would love to also share our favourite pasttime activities.
Here a roadmap on different activities happening in 2024, arranged by the type of day you want to experience!
1. THE PRE-PARTY DAY
- No better way to get ready for the festivities than to spend your time at one (or all of) the SXM festival pre-parties: There are 10 official venues this year where the pre and private parties will take place; stay tuned for ticket sales via the official website www.sxmfestival.com
- For those who can’t wait for the start of the festival, there will be a beach party with Amémé at Coco Beach, Orient on Sunday 10 March 14:00 – 23:00.

5. THE FANCY DINNER DAY
Gastronomy is at the heart of our small little island; if there is one thing we know how to do, it is how to offer a good variety of cuisine! With cuisines from almost all around the world, we are excited to share some of our faves:
- Gourmet Dinner, La villa Hibiscus – At the top of our list by far is this incredible culinary experience; chef Bastian takes gastronomy to another level with his culinary art. The 5-course gourmet menu is an unforgettable experience, though dining a la carte is also an option.

- Sunset Gourmet Dinner onboard – Our exclusive 4-course dining experience on Pyratz is of course also a favourite; we offer this option for up to 10 persons, where you experience a unique dining setting with a breathtaking sunset, whilst a chef prepares your meal for you on the boat. This experience includes a captain and hostess with full service, open bar, and wine pairing.

- Spiga, Grand Case – Though not French nor Caribbean influenced, this restaurant is one of the many incredible restaurants in Grand Case. Spiga is a gem however, as it’s slightly hidden, and so you won’t find it easily unless you know to look for it.
