At a Glance: What to Expect

From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – 9 hours of cruising, gourmet food, premium drinks, and Caribbean vibes out at sea.
Departures – Every Thursday only. Occasionally, we may change the day to accommodate guests. Please check the calendar above for availability.
Group Size – Minimum of 8 guests, maximum of 10.

Sailing in Paradise – Anguilla. We spent the day with Alisson and Thomas and it was like heaven. The friendliness, hospitality, food and service was all 5 star!!!!We had an excellent day, snorkeling, trying to paddle board, relaxing and treated like royalty. They are the best. I would definitely of back to Anguilla and spend another day or 2 on the Pyratz. !!!! Best part of our trip.

What an amazing experience! We just came back from our vacation with 8 family members, and the experience on the Ever Glorious was one of the absolute highlights! Stellar food (especially the lobster), drinks, and service made for such a memorable day. We played our favorite music, and sang at the top of our lungs, while enjoying the sights and sounds of the island. Alisson and Thomas were so wonderful, and made the experience that much better. We will definitely do this again the next time we are in St. Maarten.

Always an amazing experience with the amazing Pyratz crew! We had a private trip to Anguilla and they covered every detail perfectly. We never had to think of anything. Drinks were prepped and ready for the beach, cooler made up to go with us, lunch was setup and waiting for our return, lobster and steak that’s better than most restaurants. There isn’t another charter company that comes close. Thank you Alison and team for making the day the best it could be!

Best experience ever! I highly recommend booking the excursion with Pyratz. My family recently booked the full day in late February aboard the Ever Glorious with Captain Tomas and Leo. It was spectacular! Captain Tomas and Leo created a fantastic day with great food, drinks and activities. They even had good suggestions when one of our family members started feeling sea sick; some meds and a quick nap cured everything. My family is planning our SXM trip for 2026 and we will definitely rebook with Pyratz!

An unforgettable day! Truly a 5-star experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The boat was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect ambiance for a relaxing day. Absolutely a great experience! The crew was so attentive from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We did a semi-private boat trip for the day and each beach was more beautiful then the next. This is a trip not to miss if you want to see Anguilla and enjoy great food!

The Pyratz gourmet sailing experience is unlike any other. My family and I have done this twice now and it’s something we talk about for years. So many memories made from the incredible views, the warm hosts and captain, the delicious food and beverages, the pristine boat, all the water toys you can imagine. It’s simply the most divine excursion around, walk don’t run to book it and see for yourself!

It was our first trip to St. Maarten early December and wanted a sailing/meal adventure that was unique. 100% hit a treasure with this shared day of sailing aboard Ever Glorious. Started with breakfast of croissants, homemade jams, fruit, coffee and mimosas. You pick your menu for lunch beforehand, the lobster was amazing – but the appetizers and dessert were spot on and all of it gourmet. Well stocked assortment of adult beverages. The crew is amazing – knowledgeable about the island, attentive, charming and fun to sail with. We stopped at several beaches – the snorkeling, paddle boarding, swimming and jumping off the top of the boat made for a fabulous day. The views off the boat and the gorgeous blue/green color of the water were a bonus. We traveled as a group of 6 – made new friends and had plenty of space to enjoy the front or back of the boat. Worth every penny. There honestly is no down side to choosing to be a “Pyratz” member on your next visit to St. Martin.

I booked this company for my 30th birthday celebration & it was the best decision I made for the entire trip. I have booked several private charters but this way by far was the BEST. Pyratz deserves 100 stars! As a group of 5 couples visiting Anguilla, we enjoyed the Ever Glorious catamaran for a day cruising around Anguilla and stopping in the best coves. It was truly the highlight of our trip! We had an incredible experience. The boat is amazing, the gourmet food is better than any restaurant, the craft cocktails are unique and fun — and we had the pleasure of spending the day with the most welcoming owner, captain/chef, and crew! Just wow! I would give then 10 stars if I could. We had the pleasure of joining Max and his crew for a full day just 2 days ago and the memories we made on this experience will last a lifetime.
We were celebrating our friend Tracy’s 50th birthday with 11 of us on their voyager cat.
The entire staff could simply have not been more attentive, joyous and expert in their craft. From the very first minute until we sadly waved goodbye on the dock, they made every moment special. We have done trips like this perhaps 7 or 8 times in different locations and this was a new standard.
Max and the crew did an incredible job with the food and drink as well. Lunch and snacks were plentiful and just outstanding. We recommend the steak or lobster for lunch if it’s offered.
We will cherish this experience always. Thank you from the depth of our hearts.

Five Stars isn’t enough! Choosing Pyratz Gourmet Sailing has been one of the best decisions I have ever made when planning a vacation. If you’re going to visit St. Martin, I would encourage you to spend a day on the water. This will give you an amazing new perspective of “The Friendly Island”. On December 5, my wife and I enjoyed a private half day cruise on Ever Glorious. What an awesome experience! Pierre and Agatha were perfect hosts. They did everything to make our day relaxing and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew. The food and drinks were second to none. I truly wish the day could have lasted forever. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit.

How many guests can you have on your boats for a shared charter?

Our catamarans can fit up to 10 guests for shared charters.

Is there a minimum number of guests for the charter to operate?

Yes, there is!

Our shared boat charters depart with a minimum of 8 guests. We always try to reach the minimum number of guests. For example, if only six guests sign up for a shared charter but two other people are interested in a private charter, we will invite those two guests to join the shared catamaran.

If we don’t reach the minimum number of guests required to operate the shared charter, we will issue you a full refund.

We inform guests of potential cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the trip.

Is the price per person for a shared charter all inclusive?

Yes, it is!

The price per person you see above is the final price, no surprises or extra fees when disembarking. All the services you see on this page are included in it.

We have add-ons that have an extra cost, like champagne, age rum collection tasting, WIFI Starlink or YETI tumblers. You can select any available add-ons while booking you trip on our website.

Why are your shared boat charters more expensive than those of other operators?

Our shared boat charters focus on small groups (max 10 people) and offer an all-inclusive experience:

Full dining experience, with breakfast and a gourmet 4-course lunch with wine pairing
Open bar with great drinks and signature cocktails all day
Water sports including kayak, floating mats, stand-up paddle boards, and snorkeling gear for everyone

If you are looking for something different than a party boat, such as a more intimate experience with great service, our shared boat charters are for you!

What do I have to bring on the boat?

We offer towels and sunscreen, and there’s an open bar and gourmet food onboard, so you don’t have to bring too much really!

However, we recommend light, ‘breathe easy’ clothes made of natural fibers (cotton, linen), a swimming suit, a hat, sunsglasses and a UV shirt. For more information, read our blog Packing List For Sailing In The Caribbean.

Should you forget anything, don’t stress, we got you! Our Pyratz boutique on shore is equipped with all of the stylish essentials and more.

Can I come with kids or children?

Yes. All kids, infants or toddlers are welcome onboard, there is no minimum age. We have floaties available for young kids, as well as life jackets in case of an emergency.

Toddlers usually love our floating mattresses. For naps, the boat is not equipped with a baby bed, but the parents can bring their own bed to install on the boat.
