Hello everyone, it was an unforgettable, extraordinary, magnificent experience. Coco and Pam are equally extraordinary. If you have time to spend in Saint Martin, you must book this amazing cruise. The service is spectacular. The food is magnificent, and the service is impeccable—those are my comments. I celebrated my 61st birthday there, and I wouldn’t have chosen anything else.

We have taken the Pyratz catamaran day trips the last several years and again this year, and each year, they do not disappoint. Their crews have always been so friendly and welcoming, they are all about service and making sure you have a great day with them.
This year, we hit very heavy traffic (coming from the French side it can take over an hour during rush hour) and did not make it to their typical departure location. They called us and confirmed we’d not make it in time before the bridge were set to open so they arranged for us to meet near by and picked us up rather than missing out on the trip. Absolutely impeccable service and were totally upbeat and understanding about the situation.
During the day they provide a great spread for breakfast, lunch and snacks. They also have quite a variety of drink offerings with custom cocktails, beer, mixed drinks and cappuccino/coffee in the morning. If you want to do a day trip catamaran with a great crew of people, this is it, 10/10 and will go to them again.

Our boat charter in Anguilla aboard Ever Glorious was absolutely unforgettable and the highlight of our entire trip. The boat itself is stunning – beautifully maintained, comfortable, and luxurious in every way. What truly made the experience exceptional were Thomas and Paula, the incredible crew. They were warm, kind, and attentive to every detail from start to finish, making us feel completely taken care of. On top of that, they are phenomenal chefs – the food and drinks were truly over the top and exceeded anything we could have imagined. Every part of the meal felt special, and every moment on board was pure enjoyment. We couldn’t recommend Ever Glorious, Thomas, and Paula more highly. An absolute must-do in Anguilla!
Repeat visit for us … our Pyratz outing was again very nice … everytime we come to St-Maarten … it is a must for us.

There were four of us, and we loved the experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. The catamaran was extremely comfortable, the scenery and beach in Anguilla were magnificent, the crew (PAM and Erwan) were lovely and attentive, and breakfast and lunch were delicious (the BBQ lobster was EXCEPTIONAL!!). The cocktails prepared by PAM were unlimited and super tasty!

Sailing in Paradise – Anguilla. We spent the day with Alisson and Thomas and it was like heaven. The friendliness, hospitality, food and service was all 5 star!!!!We had an excellent day, snorkeling, trying to paddle board, relaxing and treated like royalty. They are the best. I would definitely of back to Anguilla and spend another day or 2 on the Pyratz. !!!! Best part of our trip.
What an amazing experience! We just came back from our vacation with 8 family members, and the experience on the Ever Glorious was one of the absolute highlights! Stellar food (especially the lobster), drinks, and service made for such a memorable day. We played our favorite music, and sang at the top of our lungs, while enjoying the sights and sounds of the island. Alisson and Thomas were so wonderful, and made the experience that much better. We will definitely do this again the next time we are in St. Maarten.

Always an amazing experience with the amazing Pyratz crew! We had a private trip to Anguilla and they covered every detail perfectly. We never had to think of anything. Drinks were prepped and ready for the beach, cooler made up to go with us, lunch was setup and waiting for our return, lobster and steak that’s better than most restaurants. There isn’t another charter company that comes close. Thank you Alison and team for making the day the best it could be!
Thomas and Leo were awesome made us very comfortable and explained everything. Excellent food servings, better than any restaurant. Gave us plenty of time at all our stops and they retrieved my wires hat that had blown off on the way back.
Best experience ever! I highly recommend booking the excursion with Pyratz. My family recently booked the full day in late February aboard the Ever Glorious with Captain Tomas and Leo. It was spectacular! Captain Tomas and Leo created a fantastic day with great food, drinks and activities. They even had good suggestions when one of our family members started feeling sea sick; some meds and a quick nap cured everything. My family is planning our SXM trip for 2026 and we will definitely rebook with Pyratz!

The Pyratz gourmet sailing experience is unlike any other. My family and I have done this twice now and it’s something we talk about for years. So many memories made from the incredible views, the warm hosts and captain, the delicious food and beverages, the pristine boat, all the water toys you can imagine. It’s simply the most divine excursion around, walk don’t run to book it and see for yourself!
It was our first trip to St. Maarten early December and wanted a sailing/meal adventure that was unique. 100% hit a treasure with this shared day of sailing aboard Ever Glorious. Started with breakfast of croissants, homemade jams, fruit, coffee and mimosas. You pick your menu for lunch beforehand, the lobster was amazing – but the appetizers and dessert were spot on and all of it gourmet. Well stocked assortment of adult beverages. The crew is amazing – knowledgeable about the island, attentive, charming and fun to sail with. We stopped at several beaches – the snorkeling, paddle boarding, swimming and jumping off the top of the boat made for a fabulous day. The views off the boat and the gorgeous blue/green color of the water were a bonus. We traveled as a group of 6 – made new friends and had plenty of space to enjoy the front or back of the boat. Worth every penny. There honestly is no down side to choosing to be a “Pyratz” member on your next visit to St. Martin.
This was our 5th ( I think) trip with Allison and her team and as always they did not disappoint. We were celebrating a friends retirement and they were perfect including the unbelievable cake.

Five Stars isn’t enough! Choosing Pyratz Gourmet Sailing has been one of the best decisions I have ever made when planning a vacation. If you’re going to visit St. Martin, I would encourage you to spend a day on the water. This will give you an amazing new perspective of “The Friendly Island”. On December 5, my wife and I enjoyed a private half day cruise on Ever Glorious. What an awesome experience! Pierre and Agatha were perfect hosts. The only extras you need to pay are the island entry fees and the gratuities (tips) for your crew.

Your luggage will be safely stored in the boat’s cabin, so just bring everything with you and we will take you anywhere you need.
Can I come with kids or children?
