Whether you choose our staple dish of fresh lobster on the grill – cooked right in front of you – or one of our other options, Pyratz is filled with passion for gastronomy, and thus your dining experience will be one to remember.

Private Dining

Our trips offer different menus, from 4-course gourmet dining options to a gourmet tapas menu as well as additional customizations.

We work with local fishermen and the best fresh produce available on island. additionally, we also offer tasteful vegan and gluten-free options.

THE CARAÏBE

A Coconut biscuit base with pineapple rum insert & passionfruit mousse.

THE TRIANON

The Trianon consists of a hazelnut and almond dacquoise biscuit topped with a crunchy praline, covered in chocolate mousse and a cocoa mirror glaze.

THE LEMON PIE (LA TARTE AU CITRON)

A tart of lemon cream on a traditional pie base, topped with Italian Meringue.

THE MILLE FEUILLE

A traditional French pastry made from layers of thin puff pastry, alternated with Mousseline cream and topped with a ganache.

FRENCH STRAWBERRY OR RASPBERRY TART

Custard-based Mousseline on a pistachhio biscuit, topped with whipped cream and a choice of either strawberries or raspberries.

CHOCOLATE AND RASPBERRY KISS

Chocolate cake filled with layers of raspberry preserves, whipped cream, finished with a dark chocolate glaze and fresh raspberries.

RASPBERRY LEMON

A lemon buttermilk cake layered with fresh raspberries, raspberry compote, lemon cream, and topped with a lemon Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
