Please note that for cancellations, booking fees & bank charges are not refundable.

For DAY CHARTERS

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the trip
  • Full refund, excluding the non-refundable booking fee and any applicable bank charges.
• Cancellations less than 14 days before the trip
  • The deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the trip
  • 50% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
• Cancellations less than 36 hours before the trip
  • The full trip amount is non-refundable.
• Bad weather cancellations (at the captain’s discretion)
  • The trip will either be rescheduled or fully refunded.
• Shared charters
  • If fewer than 8 guests are booked, the charter will be canceled, and you will
    receive a full refund.

For MULTI-DAY CHARTERS

• Cancellations more than 60 days before departure:
  • You will receive a refund of your 20% deposit, minus the non-refundable
    booking fee and any applicable bank charges.
• Cancellations 60 to 30 days before departure
  • 50% of the total charter price is non-refundable.
  • You may reschedule your charter for a future date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 30 days of departure
  • The full charter amount is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling might be possible, but this will depend on availability.
• Bad weather cancellations (at the captain’s discretion)
  • The trip will either be rescheduled or fully refunded.

In case of a cancellation due to bad weather, the trip will be rescheduled or fully refund as per the decision of the captain.

Shared charters are canceled & fully refunded when occupancy is less than full capacity (10 guests) or at company’s descretion.

Any amount due to be paid as per above, will be charged to the credit card on file.
